Certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner
Certification: SOMA+IQ Accredited and Partnered with Arizona State University
Carrie-Ann’s path to Somatic Breathwork was born from both dedication and personal transformation. With a background in rehabilitation therapy, recreation therapy, and private health care, she has spent much of her life helping others heal — supporting senior veterans, fostering creativity through art and movement, and creating spaces for connection and care.
In 2024, after the sudden passing of her 17-year-old son, Carrie-Ann’s life was forever changed. In searching for a way to breathe again — to move through grief and find steadiness in the storm — she discovered Somatic Breathwork and received certification through SOMA+IQ. Through this practice, she learned to regulate her nervous system, release what her body was holding, and gently begin to come home to herself once more.
Now, Carrie-Ann shares this work from a place of lived understanding and heartfelt compassion. Her sessions are rooted in nervous system regulation and the reconnection to one’s authentic self — guiding others to find balance, peace, and presence within their own breath.
Outside of her practice, Carrie-Ann remains involved in her community, embodying the same spirit of resilience and love that she brings to her work. Her approach is gentle, grounded, and full of care — a reminder that healing is not about fixing what is broken, but remembering what has always been whole.
