When I went to Carrie-Ann for a Somatic Breathwork session, I was feeling quite anxious and overwhelmed. Throughout the session she created such a beautiful, safe space with her soothing voice. The space was perfect for me to allow all the emotions to move through me. It was helpful that Carrie-Ann was very in tune with what I was experiencing throughout the entire session. Despite shedding some tears during the first half, I felt safe and trusted Carrie-Ann as we moved through the entirety of the session. By the time the second half of the journey, I was so relaxed, I believe I may have fallen asleep (and maybe snored a little) for a few moments. When the session was over, I felt completely at peace, had answers to some questions that were on my mind, and felt lighter. I definitely recommend Carrie-Ann, she is a wonderful practitioner, you will be happy in the end.
