Cancellation Policy
Your time and energy is greatly appreciated and I will do my best to honour both. Here’s what to keep in mind when booking a session with me.
Booking and Payment
- All sessions must be booked in advance.
- Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
- Packages must be paid in full up front.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Because life happens! You are welcome to cancel and reschedule up to 48 hours before with no charge.
- No-shows will be charged the full session rate
- Online sessions are subject to change and may be rescheduled due to unforeseen technology issues.
Refunds
Sessions and packages are non-refundable, however you may transfer unused sessions to a family member or friend.
Refunds are only issued in exceptional circumstances-please reach out if something comes up.
Late Arrivals
By chance you are running late, I will do my best to accommodate the full session time, but please understand that the session may still need to end at the scheduled time.

Please Note: Group sessions will start 5 minutes after scheduled time. There will be no admittance after this time out of respect and safety for all.
