What to Expect

Before, During and After the Session

BEFORE

Before you arrive, take a moment to slow down and come home to yourself. Wear something comfortable — clothing that allows you to move, rest, and breathe with ease. We’ll begin with a conversation about what’s present for you — what you wish to explore, release, or invite in. You’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right; this is your space to simply be.

DURING

You are invited to lay down during this inward, eyes-closed journey — a return to the quiet wisdom within. Through connected breathing, the body begins to speak, release, and realign. Each breath becomes a bridge between what has been held and what is ready to move. Here, in the stillness beneath the breath, you are invited to soften, to listen, and to remember your natural state of balance and wholeness in a safe, supportive space.

AFTER

As your breath settles and you return to the present moment, take your time. You may feel relaxed, energized, emotional, or deeply at ease — whatever arises is part of your unique process. We’ll take a few moments to reflect on your experience and any insights that have surfaced. In the hours or days that follow, your body may continue to release and integrate. Trust what unfolds. Each breath has opened space for renewal, leaving you grounded, clear, and empowered.

1:1 or Couples Breathwork Sessions:

These 90-minute sessions are a space of restoration — where breath becomes your compass, and the body your guide. You’ll be gently supported through grounding and intention setting, the breathwork journey itself, and time afterward for reflection, journaling, and integration.

Each 90 minute session includes intention setting, guided breathwork, and time for reflection and integration — allowing you to reconnect with your authentic self while feeling held within a supportive community.   • Experiencing cardiovascular issues (including angina, heart attack, or uncontrolled high blood pressure)
  • Living with glaucoma, retinal detachment, or osteoporosis
  • Prone to seizures, epilepsy, or have a history of stroke
  • Managing major psychiatric conditions
  • Recovering from recent surgery
  • Experiencing acute or infectious illness

Individuals with asthma should bring their inhaler.
